Please note that all tabs must be completed before the total ROI can be calculated and that it is necessary to have the following information available to complete the calculator:

  • Number of staff in collections department
  • Average annual salary of collections staff
  • Typical amount that rolls from 1 cycle to 2 cycles down every month
  • Number of customers entering the collections process over a 12 month period
  • Typical cure rate
  • Average potential profit from rehabilitated customers
  • Number of customers in arrears over a 6 and 12 month period
  • Average number of letters sent and phone calls made to customers over 6 month period
  • Average bill of delinquent customers
